We're back on the mainland and have officially enjoyed what the Ha'wain Islands have to offer. Most credit is due to our wonderful hosts, Jodie and Corey Caplinger. Friends from college who currently live in Honolulu, they offered us surf lessons, entertained us at some fabulous karaoke sushi restaurants (so good we went back once more), showed us the best snorkeling coves and took us across the island to see where the locals hang out. Every stretch of this island in the Pacific is more beautiful then the next. Our hotel was the historic Moana Surfrider, directly on Waikiki Beach where ol' Duke once surfed. We can hardly wait to get back to the Big Island, Maui or Kauai on our next trip!!
