Paris Part Deux

"I can't believe I'm where I had my first birthday!" says Rafa.
He really was taken by the city after hearing of how his first birthday was spent in Paris.

Jardin d'Acclimation
We ventured outside the city to this park - it
has a mini theme park with rides and games for the kids.

Our final evening was spent on the Seine with the Apkarian family.
Definitely the highlight of our time in Paris.

Paris Day One

We're here and almost adjusted to the time....A three hour break from sleep during our first night meant the entire family didn't wake up until Liz knocked on our door at 1030a, anxious to hang out with her house guests! We've taken it easy today, spent the day wondering through Notre Dame and St. Germain. Greg found us a wonderful creperie which served the boys well for lunch. Tomorrow we attempt to walk up the Eiffel Tower.

Rafa's new crew

About half of Rafas pre school showed up the park.

When asked what Antonia (in the middle) was going to dream about at bedtime she said "I think I'll dream about Rafa. He's so cute and nice."

Sisto gets a savings account

"Message me" for the account number if you're interested in making direct deposits. He started with birthday $$ from Nona and the bankers gave him a money bag "no one can touch".

Counting his money in the car.

Writing his first deposit slip.

More Oahu

That's a Shirley temple for Rafa.

Oahu Sept 2016

When in Hawaii...get a ukulele!

I can already see his future.

My little handful.

And then you have to have shave ice to celebrate making it here despite two hurricanes!

Made it to the North Shore house-just need Alex and Jess!
