We raced to the Palisades Park, overlooking the Pacific, just in time to see the Endeavour making it's way straight towards the shore from Malibu. It turned right just in front of us, gave us a beautiful display and flew over the Santa Monica Pier. It did a few loops inland and surprised us, coming back for a second show this time heading in the other direction. It turned and went inland right over our heads! Judy must have said it once and for the rest of the day Sisto was saying, "I don't believe it!" He's been looking for the space shuttle in the sky ever since.
